At Topolino Scooters, our priority is to provide high-quality products and reliable services to our customers. Therefore, we offer a warranty for two-wheeled vehicles and accessories purchased, under the following terms and conditions.

What does our warranty cover?

For Topolino Scooters vehicles, we guarantee proper functioning during the applicable warranty period, provided that:

• The customer follows the maintenance instructions and performs inspections within the specified time or mileage intervals.
• The vehicle is properly maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Note: Normal wear and tear caused by daily use is not covered by the warranty.

Conditions for other brands

For two-wheeled vehicles or parts that are not branded as Topolino Scooters, the warranty is managed solely by the relevant manufacturer. The customer is responsible for consulting and adhering to the warranty terms provided by those manufacturers.

Important: Topolino Scooters does not offer a warranty for products from other brands, especially if they have been modified or improperly maintained.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

• Failure to perform scheduled maintenance or follow Topolino Scooters recommendations.
• Missing signature on the delivery receipt.
• Insufficient oil levels in the vehicle.
• The vehicle has been involved in an accident or used negligently.
• Normal wear and tear of components.
• Installation of non-original accessories or improper maintenance.

CASCO insurance for rented vehicles

If you choose to take out CASCO insurance when renting a vehicle, the maximum own risk covered in the event of an incident will not exceed 300 Euro.
