General Provisions

The Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and the Distance Contract.
The right to return is governed by applicable legislation and this policy.

Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Product Returns)

Consumers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days without providing a justification.

The withdrawal period starts:

• Upon receiving the product physically.
• Upon receiving the last product, in the case of separate deliveries.
• The Return Form must be completed and sent before the 14-day period expires.
• Returning the product is at the customer’s expense, to the specified address.
• The refund will be issued via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned products, subject to inspection.

Limitations and Exceptions to the Right of Return

Excluded products:

• Products that may expire quickly or are prone to deterioration.
• Sealed products unsealed for hygiene or health reasons.
• Customized products or those made according to customer specifications.

For products used beyond acceptable limits, the refunded amount may be reduced proportionally.

Provided Services

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the 14-day period ends, with the express consent of the customer.
