Pentru persoanele fizice și juridice care optează pentru un pachet complet de transport, constatare, reparație și cumpară piese puse la dispoziție de compania noastră, se oferă GRATUIT transportul sau constatarea (în valoare de 150 lei) în funcție de opțiunea clientului.
Dacă valoarea reparației depășește 2.000 lei se oferă GRATUIT transportul și constatarea (în valoare de 300 lei).

În cazul în care toate serviciile de mai jos sunt realizate la Topolino Scooters, poți beneficia de reduceri avantajoase. Beneficiile și reducerile pentru acest pachet se discută cu fiecare client în parte în funcție de numărul de scutere pentru care se negociază.

What is the recommended service interval for my scooter?
Once you reach 500 km or (if you have not reached this mileage) once you reach 6 months from the moment of purchasing a new scooter, a minor maintenance service is required. After that, you should alternate between major and minor maintenance every 2,000 kilometers or every six months, whichever comes first.
Mileage is the main indicator for when maintenance is needed. However, if you do not reach the specified mileage within the recommended time frame, the time frame will take priority.

How much does scooter maintenance cost at Topolino Scooters?
Please check our website for price indications or contact one of our colleagues to get an estimate of the required service and its cost. Often, the exact price is unknown until one of our colleagues has conducted an inspection of the scooter, but we aim to provide an accurate price estimate beforehand. After the scooter has been inspected, the exact price for the service will be communicated to you. If you agree with the price, Topolino Scooters will perform the agreed service.
I have a fleet of scooters for rent, how can Topolino Scooters help me?
If you rent a fleet of scooters but don’t want to deal with all the hassle of maintenance and repairs, Topolino Scooters can help. We offer attractive service packages that include picking up the scooters from the streets of Bucharest/Ilfov in case of breakdowns. In other words, we take care of all the hassle so you can have more time on your hands.
My scooter has a problem, can Topolino Scooters provide an inspection report that can be used for my insurance?
Currently, this service is not available. However, it will be available in the near future.
When I bring my scooter to the service center, do I need to buy all the spare parts myself, or can I do that through Topolino Scooters?
We can order the necessary spare parts for you and save you the hassle of figuring out which part your scooter needs! You will always be informed in advance about the costs.
I cannot bring my scooter to Topolino Scooters’ service center because my scooter won’t start.
This is not a problem! As long as you are in the Bucharest/Ilfov area, we can transport your scooter to our service center!
