We know you want to receive your products as quickly as possible, so below we explain when they will arrive.

The delivery cost is 25 lei per order or free for orders exceeding 400 lei.

Ordered products are delivered within Romania via express courier services, both in Bucharest and beyond. When choosing the payment option to ‘cash on delivery’, you will have to pay the total amount of the ordered products when receiving the goods.

Our partner courier company for order deliveries is Fan Courier.

Details about order shipping: Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday, and deliveries to you are made between 09:00 and 17:00. However, the courier agent may deliver the package outside this timeframe. Note: Please specify the address where you will be during the mentioned hours when placing your order. The shipping fee includes packaging costs. If the delivery address is outside the courier’s coverage area, shipping costs will not change, but delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days, depending on the local courier’s schedule.

The shipping fee and the total amount to be paid upon receiving the package will be communicated via email or phone when the order is confirmed and will appear on the invoice.
